In April 1995, Wenzhou Longwan Xinghuo Food Engineering Machinery Factory was founded with its registered trademark of “Xinghuo Enterprise”. In August 2007, it was renamed as Zhejiang Jufeng Machinery Factory with its registered trademark of “Jufeng”. In September 2008, it invested RMB 40 million Yuan in Jiangsu in establishing Jiangsu Jufeng Machinery Co., Ltd. that took an area of 35 mu.
